Staff app rocks
Surprised that this app score isn’t higher! We get pushed notifications when the app needs to be updated and I like that because it tells me the developers are working on it and paying attention to the needs. Really enjoying the newest features that give us insight into members who have specific needs or notes on their accounts related to birthdays, anniversary celebrations, first visits, etc. Nothing is perfect but for us we use this app daily multi-Ke times throughout and our crew has had no complaints. This app rocks!

Client Milestones
I’d love to see a client’s all-time session count directly on the session check-in screen. It would make it so much easier for us to recognize and celebrate milestones in real time.
Where to begin?
Our team loves this app and it keeps getting better and better. From being able to communicate with our staff one on one or in groups to being able to see your class rosters, check people in and even see if it’s their birthday or anniversary. And now there a Member Intel AI feature?!?! PushPress as a whole keeps innovating and making their product easily the best on the market.

Awesome App
This has allowed our communication as a staff to sky rocket, check ins are way up as well. I love the internal notes for clients so we never miss birthdays or injuries!
Overall like a solid employee
I don’t put too much stock into technology working perfectly.
I believe if I did that I would set myself up for failure every time.
With that said, yes, there are glitches just like any other app. Usually the app requires an update that hasn’t been completed.
One star deducted for the recurring glitches of the app, freezing or force closing.
Overall, it is a solid app for the front desk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been able to successfully train all of my members on how to use the app to check in for classes, appointments, and open gym.
I have also been able to take advantage of the kiosk mode for members to purchase their own drinks, and supplements by tapping into the stored billing methods on their accounts.
I do not believe that an app should ever replace real human contact. However, as with most other small businesses, we have a hard time keeping our front desk staffed, and this app gives us the help needed to ensure that our members are checked in, and that their visits are being rendered properly and accounted for.
I believe if I did that I would set myself up for failure every time.
