Constantly Freezes
My kids love this game but are getting very frustrated because the game freezes every time they play. The program has to be closed and restarted every time and if we are lucky we get 5 minutes before it freezes again. Will not be purchasing any more games from humongous.

This is such a nostalgic game for me and I love it but it keeps freezing on me and I have to start all over again :( please fix it

It’s such a shame I love this game and I’m trying to introduce it to my son now. I have the full collection and it freezes nonstop. I wish I could just get my money back
Bug ridden
The game is there, however ruined by music and sound that - if you’re lucky - works for the first couple of launches then disappears for good thereafter. I’ve also had multiple issues with the game freezing at random points. This really needs fixed as it makes the game unplayable.
Update steals old app and switches with broken app. Shame.
The Humongous games mean everything to me. I want to support them. However, this game is completely unplayable with the new engine. It's upsetting that I purchased one product that was reliable to one day wake up to a completely new product.
This wasn't just an update, it's essentially an entirely new app running on something that doesn't work. I wish I could get my money back since I had my old product basically stolen from me through the update. The same thing is happening to ALL the apps that have recieved this 'update' (app switching)
Game crashes around every 10 clicks on iPad Pro-- you will be unable to click anything. Sometimes it fixes itself when you exit and return to the app, but most of the time it doesn't. You have to save often and reload if you want to progress at all since when you close the game it does not save your current stage (unlike in the old version)
Frustrates the heck out of my toddler, who I'm trying to introduce to my childhood games.
Here's what you should all do instead of buying this:
Extract the .HE0, .HE1, .HE3 and .HE4 files from your old Humongous CD Roms on your computer, transfer them onto your iPad on properly named folders. (I.E. the HE0,HE1,HE3,HE4 you extracted from Putt Putt Travels Through Time, you put in it's own folder titled ike the game) Then install ScummVM's iPad and import your games that way.

Terrible update!!
They just made a TERRIBLE update to this game (and a few other putt putt games and pajama sam) that have HUGE load, save, and skip buttons when the game used to be full screen! Please fix it and let the game go full screen again! Awful update I'm so upset...
Bugs need to fixed and updated
“I’ll update my review once bugs are fixed.” However, I love this game. Been playing it with my kids for many years. However, I just downloaded this game on both my phone & iPad and you can’t click anything. It was completely frozen on my iPhone. I got a little bit further on my iPad, but then it froze too. Also, please make it full screen again as well. Thanksssss!

I’m not happy with this new update. It doesn’t fill the screen. It’s tiny and the load and save buttons stay on the screen. I wish we could go back to what it was before…
New ui???
What is up with the new ui on iPad devices? It’s so small, and no longer in full screen?? Not enjoyable to play like this, please revert back or add an option to switch between both UI’s.

Absolutely no sound. This was a favorite game as a kid and now I have no sound when I play it…fix it or refund me

If I could leave zero stars I would. I debated for months on if I should get this game and after talking with my kiddo she loved the advertised video and said she wanted to play and was so excited I wait hours on a download with low signal only to find out THERES NO SOUND after looking at reviews I see that’s a common thing and I should have read before buying that’s my mistake 🙄 fix it or refund me because this is a rip off

Favorite game growing up but one problem
This was my favorite game growing up, I played it in school. I saved all the baby animals and now I just need to save Sammy, but when I try to grab the toolbox putt-putt just continues talking and it’ll stay like that doesn’t matter how long I wait, and won’t let me click on anything as well when I try to grab it. Other than that I love putt-putt games a lot
