Cannot purchase

As the review above, I, too, cannot purchase this app after *numerous tries over a period far longer than six months. I want to use it in my lower elementary classroom. I love my other apps from your company, please look into the problem. I have uninstalled the app many times, it still continues to prompt the screen message, “Currently unavailable in your area”. Thank you or your time.
