Disappointed

Granddaughter loves this app but since the latest platform upgrade the app only opens in portrait mode so she can’t play the games. Tried to report on the app support and it goes to a webpage that doesn’t open.

Disappointing

I had to re-download the game as I upgraded to a new phone. However, when it got re-installed, the subscription is still there which I am very happy as I paid for it. But the app is not working properly anymore!! It doesn’t rotate to landscape!!!!! Please fix this issue. Thanks.
