If I search for the most recent reviews on your app site why does nothing come up which is later than 1 year old. I have sent a number of recent reviews in relation to your ads so why do they not appear.

Lies from the beginning

Downloaded the app because ads said it was ad free. Immediately upon opening it, I’m asked to either pay for ad free or watch ads. What a cheat of a company.

Liar, liar, liar, pants on fire!

I saw your ads promised me that your guys doesn’t have ads. Immediately downloaded it, however, it actually showed ads!!! Even worse, if I turned Wi-Fi off, it will says no internet!!!! Stupid greedy developers.

Hi, Your PuzzlePal account is used to keep track of your progress, game difficulty, unlocked achievements, and other settings. However, you can choose the "Register later" option during signup if you would like to use the app without registering. If you do so, you will have the option to add your email & password any time to safeguard your account. Best, The PuzzlePal Team.

Excellent daily with no adds

A new game every day. No adds and no fee. More games per day requires subscription. Game quality is excellent.

Last update lost all my data!

Love this app BUT last update had me go back to the start in everything. Was on level 57 - now down to level 1 (not a huge issue) BUT I now have to play through all of the easy rounds to get back to expert level.
Really poor error from the app creators

Ball sort

Love the game but it often crashes when I reach game three of group. Game loads but then disappears. Please fix!!!

Pointless

Don’t download this - to have any choice over which game to play you have to pay! And can’t even try out the games first. Looked very interesting but I’ll be using a different app.

Puzzle pal

I Love the game play most days, I’m not as keen on some options, particularly the spelling/letter based ones. I prefer the logic puzzles.
The game looks great, the colours chosen seem really intense and though that is just a subjective aesthetic feature it really makes play more enjoyable for me, it might not suit everyone.
The difficulty level is just about right for me, the highest levels are doable must of the time though I sometimes need a hint but only on some games.
Occasionally discounted then it’s worth the money. I don’t pay as I use the time I would play when it’s a game I don’t like as much more constructively! Or try to!

Immediately asks for me to buy an annual subscription

I don’t appreciate having an app immediately ask me to sign up and then pay for an annual subscription before being able to try the games. You need to buy the annual subscription to try the games.

Bug

Great app, I pay for premium, however tectonic (my fave game) isn’t working properly. It’s not super difficult to pick up the right number and copy it to the right location.

Please fix!

Latest Update has create a buggy app

Have really enjoyed playing this games for a few months but the las test update has created an app with just closes randomly whilst your playing. No error, no warning just closes. If this isn’t sorted soon I want be renewing my subscription

Disappointing

I became obsessed with the "camping" puzzle game, but eventually I found out that I couldn't play it anymore if I didn't get a subscription to the app. Don't download this app unless you plan on paying $12 annually to continue playing it. Subscription based apps are the worst recent creation. Id rather just pay for the app initially.

Good but is limited

I didn’t read the reviews like I normally would. I installed this game from an ad in another game and it stated “no ads” which is fantastic but there was no mention of a subscription.

I’m sorry but the game isn’t worth a £12 yearly subscription unless you were to increase the number of games significantly.

I don’t recommend it

I would really like to play this game👍but I can’t👎because you have to put in your email address and pick a username and password but I don’t want to do that 😤😠
If you want to go ahead but I would not recommend this 👎😒

In case you are still interested in playing (and we'd love that), I'm excited to tell you that since you wrote this the added additional signup options without registering your email or creating password. Today, you can use "Sign in with Apple", or tap "Register later" to start playing without entering any information. Good…..but!

These are good games to play starting at low levels and building up. However once you have played a few games they are locked unless you pay an annual subscription to get access to them. I have only played this for couple of weeks before this option came up……I will NOT be paying to get access. Up to now I get access to 1 daily game but that is it…….I think this will stop a lot of people downloading this….I would not recommend because of it!
