Advertises free “configuration” trial but doesn’t actually work
I tried, and was met with the same initial statement repeatedly.
I just wanted to see how the configuration worked, make sure the app didn’t crash, etc, and then you would have had my $2, in addition friends that would be humored by my efforts and would want to try it. Sad day. 😢

What should I try please?

What does “multiplayer game” mean?
Some clarity in your online description would help, related to the term “multiplayer”
Response from developer
Thank you for our question. We will consider refining the provided description to make it more clear. Multiplayer mode means two (remote) players assembling the same puzzle picture with the same difficulty settings on two devices, each player their own copy of the game in a competition mode. The player who finishes first wins the multiplayer game. Currently the picture for the multiplayer game can only be selected from the built-in gallery. If you would like to share a photo/picture with someone to play with you might send them any way and he/she can create a single-player puzzle game importing the received photo from the device's photo library. Unfortunately difficulty settings can not be sent this way. We are thinking about adding a collaboration multiplayer mode feature where players don't compete against each other but helps each other in solving a puzzle. This can be already done when the two players play on the same device (preferably on an iPad) since the touch interaction logic of the game allows the players to grab and turn more pieces simultaneously.
