Usually great. Sometimes laggy. Today it’s “having trouble accessing data” tried to click app support for app thru Apple Store and its forbidden website!
Unable to play
I was able to download and select a puzzle and number of pieces but that’s it. Every time I tried to open the puzzle to start it, the app crashes and closes out.

Не первый и не второй год играю на компьютере со Steam — восхитительная игра, лучшая в жанре пазлов, учитывая, что можно ещё и свои картинки закидывать, собирать с друзьями, да ещё и войс чат есть. И правда очень круто. Играл на IPad — не смог зайти в свой аккаунт, на котором я играл в Steam, хотя пароль правильный — просто скидывает обратно на экран «авторизируйтесь», а аккаунт все так же рандомный puzzler. Также очень неудобно, что при сворачивании приложения, опускании шторки или просто всплыве уведомления про разряженную батарею пазл сразу вылетает в меню «мои пазлы». Очень неудобно.
Скачал на IPhone 11 — та же проблема с авторизацией, но я был готов уже. А вот то, что пазлы в принципе не запускаются, как новые не открываются, так и присоединиться к чужому пазлы нельзя — «ошибка сервера». Пожалуйста, поправьте!! Очень хотелось бы и на мобильном устройстве играть, и чтобы на IPad не было постоянных вылетов. Поэтому ставлю 3 звезды, хоть поиграть на телефоне и не удалось — поставить 1 сердце бы не повернулось, потому что игру люблю.

Perfect puzzle app
I’ve always enjoyed puzzles. The physical ones take up a lot of space that some times I don’t have. This app is perfect for when I don’t have a table to puzzle. I like the sort feature and how I can tilt the view.
Best For Now
It can be better with more options on the user side. I don’t mind paying for the puzzles but it’s nice I can just join an open puzzle and work on a big puzzle and leave whenever.

Too good
This game is so niche haha! My long distance boyfriend and I play it together and it feels like we’re really there doing a puzzle together. Wish there were more puzzle options and wish I was able to make a puzzle from an image easier, and also wish that it didn’t kick me out of the puzzle every time I switched apps, but other than that it’s great! All the little details are crazy and you can tell there was definitely a lot of thought put into this. I hope this app eventually gets the recognition it deserves!

This is by far my favorite puzzle app. I can do one with others or by myself. I saw the patterns in the others cut. I do 3000 pieces on this one! I wish they’d find a way to do your puzzles offline though.

The only bug I’m currently experiencing is I finish a bunch and go back into the game and it didn’t save my progress and I have to re put the pieces together. This has happened twice now

A great app and concept but it has some bugs that need to be worked out. Doesn’t seem to connect online anymore and my progress isn’t always being saved either
すぐ落ちて遊べない
人のパズルに参加しようとコードを入れたら読み込み中にアプリが落ちる。 相手側からは一瞬入ってすぐ抜けてるみたいです。

Очень люблю эту игру на компьютере (150+ часов в стиме), решила сказать на телефон, объединила аккаунты, захожу в головоломку и игра вылетает… невозможно играть

game crashes so much
I really like this app and it’s probably the best puzzle app i’ve gotten but my boyfriend bought one of the packs on his phone for $8 and since then he got a new phone and wasn’t able to restore the purchases his account is RowanWinch. but besides that, the app is very good. One problem that i have with it (i don’t know if this is fixable) but whenever the game is suspended at all; for example i’ll get a tab that says my phone battery is low, i’ll have to reopen the puzzle and the majority of the time it does that, the last few minutes don’t save. (edit: i havent been able to play really at all because of how much it has been crashing. almost every time i open a puzzle, the game immediately crashes. sometimes if im lucky it wont crash, but its very rare)
