No picture, just white puzzle pieces
Despite paying for a subscription when I start a puzzle all the puzzle pieces are just white with no picture on it. It’s unusable. And when you try to contact the support about a refund at least all you get is an error message. So it’s just a money grab. Some would say fraud.

I loved this puzzle as we spent time in the Falklands and saw so many lovely penguins!

I got this app because I saw all the good reviews on it. But there are barely any free puzzles, and all the puzzles that are free, are that good. The other puzzles are premium or whatever, but I’m not paying money a month just for puzzles.

Great puzzles - a lot of fun
A great puzzle app with a lot of puzzles.
I love playing with it and managed to get all the puzzle released but after a reinstall I unfortunately lost all of them. A real pity since the new version of the app doesn’t allow to play so many puzzles for free or to make more than 54pcs.

Recent upgrade wrecked this app
I don’t know what happened to my 13000 coins, new layout is messy and not user friendly, progress on my puzzle is lost if I close out of the app.
