I tried more than one way to get my winnings and never received my money. All they did was get my pay pal closed on me. Just don’t. It’s a headache

I couldn't get any money to play for several days. They needed to take photos. Why didn't they say it at the beginning? u earn a lot of coins and i paid out $5.14 u have to wait a few hours or a day for the redeem email and onces u get it and redeem get the money in minutes

This game does really pay out I think the people who wrote the bad reviews were just not patient enough to wait for the coins to add up it lets you pay out as little as 1 dollar virtual visa gift card or you can save up to five dollars and cash out with PayPal or amazon

I loved the game until I couldn’t receive my first reward of 5.41 and ca not get a reply from customer service! I followed all instructions on cashout page including Face ID still nothing!

Scam, dont waste your time
I played it before hand and get $0.82 then the next day the same amount only get $0.05. Then I asked customer service how many buck can be cashed out. They told me $5. Then I try another game to get 50k coin. The next day it's disappeared. For me, everyone don't try it.

I installed this game today and played for a bit. The timer was already on 50 seconds. When I opened the app. Downloading my first game and played. My points had accumulated to cents. After the timer had reset back to 3 hours. I tried cashing my earned monies. The test to see if this PuzzlePlay:Earn Cash is legit 100%. The cash out button is greyed out. Blocking me from cashing out. Suspicious😠 reading others reviews under this game. People think it is a bug or assume there are one. I don’t believe it for a fact. If there were a bug. In this game preventing app users to cash out. It would of been fixed. There are only 5 ratings 4.2 star rating. O my from a few people who playing this game. Not a lot of ratings 🙄 The developers of this game. Got the cash out button greyed out. On their end to make it look like it’s a bug causing this issue. When it’s really not a bug, Inside of their game. Like I stated above the first. They got the cash out button rigged. So nobody want never cash out. They want people to think they are actually making money. From playing games. Through this app and watching ads. While earning loyalty points. Wen they are the ones really making money. While you don’t get nothing. They get paid from tons of ads you watch. Not from you playing the game. That’s how developers get paid. From the ads you watch. That’s how they make their money. While they are suppose to pay people. For playing their reward games and watching ads. It’s like splitting the money with you. I know how it goes. That’s how developers make a living. Especially the scam companies who sponsor fake money making games on ads. That never pay out. There a lot of fake cash out games. That don’t promise real money. That refuses to people who test their games.
To make a long story half short. If a reward cash out. Doesn’t pay out the best method is too. To delete it(uninstall it). Ik some people on fake scam games. I played in the past. Never saw my withdrawn money hit my damn Cash App or PayPal. When I had cashed out successfully. I remember people bad review on them. Said they were still going to keep playing the game only for fun. Even though the said the game is a fake scam. There is nothing wrong that. If people decided to not delete a fake reward game. Only want to play for fun and not going to keep testing to cash out. When they know it’s a scam part in the game. They want to only play on the game for for fun. Even though I never keep fake lying scam reward games on my fun just to play for fun. When really they are fun and HD graphics. 🤩 Because of my memeory and storage space on my iPhone. Won’t allow cash out
When I try to tap the cash out now button to cash out, it won’t respond. It won’t allow me to cash out at all. I can’t even get to a page to attempt a cash out. It’s like it’s frozen except it’s not frozen. I gave it a chance and I’m going to have to delete it cause it clearly doesn’t work

Hello, thank you for your review, and sorry for the confusion. There is currently a small bug affecting the cash-out button. Our minimum cash-out amount is $1, once your balance reaches that amount, the cash-out options should appear.
