Amazing
I was a huge fan of the original homm series and have been wishing to play it again on my iPad. Thank you. This is so accurate to the spirit of what made those games so enjoyable. The only other thing I would ask is for the map maker or a random map generator.
Latest update has caused some controls to be offscreen in landscape mode and the only way to access them is to turn iPad to picture frame position, turning the iPad 90 degrees.
Also, actions during battle are scrolling on right side of screen with no way to turn off.
Still enjoy the game, with some irritation.

Thank you so much for the kind words and support! Regarding the landscape mode issue on iPad, please try Version 1.6.1. It includes fixes for the layout problems that caused some controls to appear offscreen in landscape orientation. The battle action scrolling issue was also adjusted. Thank you again for the detailed feedback and for continuing to enjoy the game!
WHERE DID BROGUE GO
The whole reason I had this app was for the mobile version of Brogue, or the “dungeon” mode. Really disappointed that it was removed.

Seems like an extremely blind-friendly 4X, with one flaw I can’t get past
Most of the game seems mind-blowingly accessible from what little I’Ve played so far, but I think navigating the map with a screen reader would be much easier if the screen reader would first tell you what can be found on the hex you hovered over with your cursor, and not its coordinates. So, for example, it’d say “Grass, 16:54” instead of “16:54, grass”. If this was altered, or if the option to switch between the two modes was implemented, I don’t think anyone could drag me away from this game.

Love it! But one issue
I am experiencing an issue where I have proceeded to floor 14 but every additional save made is a copy of an old save on floor 10 so every time I come back to the game, I have to start over at floor 10. I’ve tried creating additional saves, but it does not resolve the issue and every file I load takes me back to the same location.
The image for the most recent save will actually show the correct location, but upon load it is not correct.
I’m not sure if it’s loading some cached save, or if the serialization process is just writing bad data. Hope you can resolve it!
