Good tool

Administers PVT appropriately and with an easy format. It has place to fill in first and last name when you do a test, but it doesn’t require an actual person’s name.

You could fill in the blanks with anonymous study numbers or other de identified info if you were using it in a real research setting.

Useless

App is pretty much useless. After completing the 3 minute test there is no way to view results. It doesn’t log your session. No way to look at past results. Why is this an app?

Can’t even start without providing PII

Right off the back the problem I have with this app is that it requires you to enter PII (First and Last Name) before you can do anything.
If it is a true research app then PII should not be collected as part of the app unless there is opt-in / opt-out information clearly stated upfront.
Additionally, the app itself does not follow the standard PVT subject stimulus model, input mechanism, or discriminate handiness.
