App not actually usable. Attempted to place a booking but the app would not get past the location info page. Press submit. It does nothing. Used the web site instead.
Great wash
Great communications and great exterior wash. Maybe not as comprehensive as a real car wash as there was still dirt in some channels inside the trunk area, but that’s understandable as it was only an exterior wash and they didn’t have access. I will definitely be using this again. Fun to come back to a clean car.

SFO wash
The convenience at SFO was awesome. The actual wash - not so awesome. Heavy water/ mineral deposits from hard water / improper drying. Perhaps chemical residues? Not sure but certainly not a meticulous wash.
No way to follow up on poor service
My wash never happened and difficult to get customer service on app.
Flying First Class
During a recent trip to NYC I decided to try the “come home to a clean car” service that I had seen advertised when flying in/out of SFO. I am so happy I did! The detail both interior and exterior was very well done and my Audi looks like a new car! I highly recommend ProntoWash!
Second chance
Three stars for ease of order and communication. Zero stars for wash/wax.
Despite excellent coordination/communication with me during the order/scheduling process and receiving a notification my vehicle had been washed it was not actually washed.
I received a notification stating my service had been completed approximately six hours before returning to the airport parking garage but my car was still dirty.
I’m sure someone else received a free car wash and wax. It’s obviously not the end of the world that the mistake was made. Hopefully, the other employees are more conscientious about cleaning the proper car.

I paid, but no wash!
I arranged a wash at sfo and received a text saying the wash had been completed, but when I returned to my car, it had not been touched.
So convenient.
If you travel frequently you may never have to go to a car wash again. This is a great service.
Excellent service
Valet parked at SFO. Scheduled a Pronto detail for 4 days later. Not only was the detail done well but they notified me that it had been completed as scheduled. Excellent
Convenience at its finest
I used Pronto Wash for the first time at SFO yesterday and it was so incredibly easy. Coming home to a clean car felt great and the wash and wax were excellent. It is more expensive than your neighborhood car wash, but I’m willing to pay for convenience.
Terrible
Had my first wash by pronto wash yesterday. I will not be using this device again. There were smudge marks and dirt all over the car, the outside of the windows were visibly not clean. It was an obvious rush job by someone who was not qualified to do the job.
