PWAllocator

PWAllocator is an app to facilitate project weeks at schools, allowing an easy planning of a project week and allocation of pupil into projects based on a three wish system, allowing for a choice-based project week without much organisational overhead. The app focuses on the allocation part of the organisation of a project week and requires the organiser (you) to upload or create projects and pupil to run the allocation. From the user flow you would first upload CSV files or create records manually for projects and pupil. Once done the allocation can be triggered and pupil will be assigned to projects depending on their three wishes. Afterwards you can view the results, export project participant or attendance lists, manually change assignments or view statistics. Features include: - Managing project details, like room assignment, instructors, allowed age groups or max amount of participants - Managing pupil, with their first, second and third wish and to which project they are allocated - Mass import of pupil and projects via CSV files - Validations to ensure that pupil wishes are matching the projects allowed age groups as well as detecting duplicate wishes - Flagging pupil for first priority allocation - Smart allocation of pupil into projects depending on projects, considering age groups and more - Closing projects manually or setting a minimum amount of participants and automatically close based on that - Allocate pupil with no wishes in a round-robin procedure, considering age groups, distributing pupil of the same class and existing projects - Easy way to switch pupil between assigned projects - PDF Export for participant and attendance lists - Statistics, like most wishes projects, % of first wish assignments overall and per project, age group distributions and more
