Pathetic service
Poor quality work by pwd and have closed many complaint of potholes without attending them.
Avoidable requirement
The App asks the user for a photograph of the road defect. This should not be insisted on as it may not always be convenient. After all, the real purpose is to co-opt the citizens in alerting the authorities to which roads need repair. Location and description should be adequate. The PWD official must then physically inspect at site and decide what needs to be done to restore the road, not depend on the citizen’s photographic skills.

Horrible app
I had send a complaint in December month till now no reply from PWD. Government only wants to cheat people Mapusa all roads are in horrible condition
