It does what I need it to do!
When I Cavan get logged in, the app does what I need to do on a daily basis! It is quick and easy to use!
The only reason for not giving it a 5 is that my password has to be reset often and that process is kinda shaky where I don’t always get the reset email.

Poor app/not user friendly.
I regularly get locked out of the app, unlike any other app I use (financial or otherwise), you have to log out or it locks it.
Remove password to transfer
Please remove password authentication in needed in app for transfers if possible. It’s annoying. Especially because I’m already signed in when transferring.
Good until it’s not
I had to pay my bills so I tried logging into my account. This time it asked for a code that sent to my number. Unfortunately for me, that was my old phone number, so I had to go into one of the branches to change it. I then tested it out and it was still saying my old phone number. I go back into the bank and I was told it’s not immediate. Why would I assume it wasn’t? It’s literally a phone number change. Still stuck on my old number the next day and I need to get into my account.

Every few months I have to call in because I messed up my password and every time everybody I talk to is very professional and kind. I would recommend port state bank to everyone.
Login is broken
The fields for usernames and passwords do not allow pasting. How am I supposed to use a secure password if I can’t paste from well known password managers ?

Crap app!!!
They know you are stuck with this junk when they hold your accounts! Face ID quit working a year ago, got fixed and broke again. You can set it and then it goes away. Nobody cares that you put a pretty picture on the face of a pig! And of course like junkie developers, don’t put a Contact support on the app because you’re afraid!

Works great
My old Touch ID worked great. In November upgraded to Face recognition and have had no issues.
