does NOT CONNECT to PXN50 controller for configuration
wasted my money thanks for the headache.
Not letting me configure my controls
I paired my PXN P30 Pro controller and it prompted me to update the firmware. So I did, but it was stuck on 0% the whole time. So it doesn't allow me to change the controls. Crazy thing is, my controller is updated to the latest firmware, but it still prompts me to update it. I hope you guys fix this.

Honestly my worst regret that I would trust an app like this in my life this Enrages me so much.
I decided to get there PXN 2119 pro as my birthday gift didn’t turn out so well because I feel like I got robbed. This device is so difficult to function the guidelines don’t even really guide you into the process at all every time I press on the link it says website has something something like there’s no information how untrustworthy. I tried to play my favorite game on my Xbox one and oh what a surprise it didn’t work! If I could give a zero star, I would cause me and my cousin were trying to fix this thing so I don’t know how long now and it still hasn’t worked. I’ve tried watching YouTube videos no YouTube videos whatsoever and they don’t even take that reviews at all and make it better. Talk about our company that cares about service. and to mention, I did every single step and it didn’t work you got to the point where I feel like I just got scammed right now, and these people generally put effort into it I’m so devastated that I could be playing my favorite game war thunder right now shooting planes down but no, I have to go to this winter process which I’ve been doing for months now trying all over again and it didn’t work thanks a lot for wasting my money what a waste of time you don’t even try for your products do better.

Worst Christmas present ever.
I got it as a present for Christmas, it was for my Xbox One (I play Forza Horizon 4) and I was so excited to use it. I got it set, then I tried using it, and it didn't work. So I said it wasn't working. The next day, I tried again but with the app. It wouldn't even apply the button configuration I set. Big waste of money.

Works well! No issues. Make sure to follow the manual and tutoriala nd you shoukd be good from what I can tell. Very happy with controller and this app!
Great, value controllers with a useful companion app
The UI is not pretty but at least it’s fully functional. For the value you get with their controllers, it’s perfectly acceptable.

I love this brand! I bought one 3 years ago(yup, it lasted that long!) then decided it was time to upgrade. So I bought the PXN 50L, connects to my iPad Pro 11” no problem. The app is super easy to navigate, I love all the options. At this price point, I have no complaints! Everything works flawlessly!

The controller does not appear in the Bluetooth of my phone. How can I do it?
Connection issue
It won’t even connect to my phone (IOS 16.4) and that was the whole point of me purchasing it
Will not connect
Every time I try to connect to either my iPhone or ipad I get a message saying to turn the controller on and have nearby and then it won’t connect. I have tried multiple different things, including the usual have turned on, in pairing mode, and of course it’s right next to my phone, but it still gives me the same error. :( Then because it won’t connect to my phone it or course won’t connect to the app.
My main reason for buying this controller was to use with my ipad. I’m pretty bummed that it won’t connect.
