Basic
The app offers very basic functions like viewing transactions and doing immediate transfers between accounts. They do not allow you to rename or nickname accounts, which is very frustrating and makes it difficult to keep track of multiple accounts. They could really use an update for this app to provide more features.

The app is not reliable. It is often unavailable. I have been a PyraMax customer for over 30 years and I am considering switching banks just because of the poor mobile app !!!
Better than nothing
App frequently doesn’t work and I just have to try again in an hour to see if it’s working again. Better than having to drive to the bank since there are no longer any branches downtown but just barely.
Confirm your deposits!
If you use the app to deposit a check, make you you confirm that the deposit goes through. I didn’t and received $70 in fees associated with the corresponding overdrafts I incurred because for whatever reason they didn’t go through. I didn’t receive any notification that there was a problem with the deposit.

Could we get Face ID please?
The app is great and is easy to use, but it would be much more convenient for iPhone 10 users to log in with Face ID since there is no Touch ID on the iPhone 10.
