Glitching and rips you off
Every time I have downloaded this app on a new device, all my extra lives and bonus items r missing. Now I just had to delete the app and reinstall because it kept closing for no reason. Also when I buy coins and lose a game, I don’t touch the screen yet all of a sudden it purchases the extra turn! I’ve been robbed of so much money because of this happen many times.

Won’t open
I haven’t been able to get the game to open at all. It kept crashing on my old iPad. I tried playing on my new iPad. I have the same problem. It just quits immediately.

Request
It now allows you to request or send lives but lives are not sent when requested. The lives that were requested in past were given which were quite a few disappeared after I guess an update or something.
Crashes often
Crashes often when trying to claim lives and it is gotten slow lately

Love the game itself but every single time the game updates I end up losing lives and extras. Very frustrating 😔🙄😒
Great game, but…
I would have given this game 5 stars, but recently all my lives have disappeared. i’ve been sending lives, but my stored ones have suddenly disappeared. Why??
Unstable
Crashes regularly since update and all the tools I had collected have disappeared. Used to love this game ….
Love Stagnated
I actually really love this game. Pyramid solitaire is fun and feeds my introverted self. It’s exciting as well as challenging. The one thing that frustrates me is that it’s almost impossible to gain the gold bars/ price money. I have been playing this game for years now and yet my bars are still zero. Now before you ask 😊 yes my app is updated. So folks at the shop, if you would please, increase the reward system and make it fair fun, challenging, and exciting. It’s a great game. Why not make it fantastic! Thanks.

I lost all my boosters
Latest Update Game Won’t Run iPad
After the last update, the game no longer runs on my iPad! After the title screen, the screen goes black, then the game crashes. Please fix!
Freezing
I’ve had issues off and on of games freezing, and it’s always when I’ve used boosters. There is no recourse to recover them. I like the game, but this is annoying.
Still annoyed with the freezing.
Also, I hate that the max lives you can have at anytime is 5. So if the prize wheel spins and you win 5 plays and you have 4 plays left, congratulations you only won one play. If you won the round and know you are getting 1 life and hold off until your lives are full, the game crashes.
Update: game continues to freeze. I just lost three power ups. Wish there was a way to get them back.

Game is very fun to play but very disappointed with how I used to get a lot of sent lives to me and now I don’t

Wish it worked right
I love this game but recently I have to open it twice, first time shuts down. I can’t access my free games either.

Used to be able get lives, no more. And level glitch and don’t give you booster you chose.
Love the game hate the update
Very frustrated this normally excellent game keeps closing after the latest upgrade. Won’t be playing it much until they fix the crashing. Have done all the normal repairs to No avail.

I am no longer able to receive free lives, I lost all my boosters when I re-started the game using the suggestions from tech support. I can not choose my team in the tournaments.

Игра сделана очень красиво, изумительная музыка и звуки. На этом хорошее кончается. Механика игры настроена на максимальный отжим доната. Начиная с определенного уровня, пройти эпизоды без доната становится практически невозможно. На один уровень уходит несколько дней. Таким образом, никакого удовольствия от игры нет, все что получаешь- это раздражение и злость.
Эта игра напоминает красивую женщину со скверным характером- вроде красивая, но вызывает тошноту.
Того, у кого есть много ненужных денег, эта игра порадует. Того, кто не готов вкладывать в ерунду по несколько тысяч в день, эта игра сделает раздражительным невротиком.
