The first time I heard the station I was so happy to hear such variety of music and a pleasant group of folks who participate in what the station provides as far as music and information and entertainment. Now that I live in North Carolina. I still have the memories of Florida after 47 years thanks to PYRATE radio.Sincerely DMAN

An old DJ’s memories run deep
I just tuned in to Pyrate and the first song played was one that was heavily requested while I was a young DJ at KUJ-AM in Walla Walla: A Horse With No Name. I was transported to that booth smelling the electronics, vinyl, carts and farts. Yeah, I’m hooked.
