PZ Inspector 2.0

PZ Inspector is used by landlords, property owners and property managers for inspecting their real estate properties. The app allows for on-sight inspections and logs the condition of the property. Templates are used to guide the inspector through the property. For each room and item inspected, the inspector can record the condition, make notes, take pictures and create work orders for any repairs/replacement needed. Work orders are assigned to the vendor with email/sms notification. Inspection reports are generated and can be emailed to the property manager and/or owner. Reports are also saved to the property in PropertyZar for future reference. Owner's can receive regular updates on their property's conditions and can be compared with prior inspections.
