Horrible Interface
As a renter—I am warning you do NOT use this service. The interface on the renter side is horrible. There is no option to use a computer to pay. I do not know nor trust the encryption. Also, they charge extra fees to the renter (which may be illegal) to process the payment. Avoid.

The PZ Owner is not available for tenants. You can use the app or the portal on your computer. Portal URL is tenant.propertyzar.com. The only fees are the e-payment processing fees. These are set by the payment platform and not our apps. Fees are $1 for ACH and 2.9% for credit cards. At or below industry standards. Every online payment platform charges a fee.
