Poorly Polished
Overall experience is frustrating. One of the biggest issues is that the app doesn’t properly sync with the DSP after reconnecting EQ settings often reset visually, so you can’t trust what you’re seeing. Even worse, there’s no way to completely disable the high-pass or low-pass filters. You can set them to extreme values like 20 Hz or 20 kHz, but they’re still technically active there’s no true “off” option in the app. The app interface also feels clunky and slow at times, with occasional bugs when switching memory presets or adjusting parameters. It lacks quality-of-life features like channel labeling, which makes multi-channel setups harder to manage. Overall, it’s usable and does the job if you’re patient and know what you’re doing, but it’s not polished and definitely not friendly for beginners. PUZU needs to fix syncing, add preset EQ, options for filters, and improve the user interface if they want to compete seriously in the DSP market.
