PZHelpdesk is an internal service coordination app designed for Puzzolana’s operational teams. This app enables service coordinators to quickly raise tickets on behalf of customers when they report equipment issues. Each ticket is automatically routed to the respective Region Head through real-time notifications, ensuring faster response, better communication, and streamlined issue tracking.
