No updates

It’s such a shame that what was a good app is now falling short compared to others. It always used to be my number one for relaxation and falling asleep.
I was invited to joined the Facebook group some years ago and I posted several times about this but there has been no updates. If I recall too I was told most of the interaction is now in Instagram which not all of us use. My subscription is due in October and sadly I have already cancelled so it will then expire. Not what I wanted but the app has badly needed refreshing a long time ago due to competition.

J. K. Rowling??

Your app is good but wake up and get rid of that transphobic person on your splash screen.

Paid for a year and only got halfway through before my account got deactivated.

I liked the sounds of the app but it deactivated my account halfway through my annual period. Can’t get it working without buying it again. It says on my account it’s still active but it won’t let me into the app.

No Updated sounds or stories

Why have there not been any new stories released? The latest is The Lost Sock & that was almost a year ago. If there’s no consistent updates to the content, then what are our subscriptions paying for?

Initially quite good, now poor

The app developers appear to have gone out of business according to recent news reports. Any attempts at contacting customer service go unanswered. Save your money.

Obvious Jewel

I purchased this app years ago and used to a bit, but I didn’t have the technology at the time to really make it work. Now I have headphones that don’t interrupt my sleeping. this has enabled me to get tons out of the app.

As I said, I purchased this app years ago long before it expanded into what it is today. My only wishes that I could turn off all of the other things, and just use the classic product which I purchased. Well it is possible to do that, what I’m asking for is the ability to turn off all the reminders and screens that I have to remember to click through so that I can just use the sleep and Knapp classic products which I purchased so long ago.

I don’t like subscriptions. The other option is offer another lifetime.

Good nap timer

Lmao

Impressive!

I’ve been using the Pzizz app and to be honest it’s like a really soothing massage for the mind at bedtime. It simply works.

Getting Dated

Articles are very outdated, for example headphone article was written in 2020

Part of my routine

I have used this app for years! A reliable way for me to catch some zzzs when I have a spare moment. As soon as I hear the music, I relax 🥰 THANK YOU

Used to love it, now it’s useless

Pzizz used to be one of my favorite apps for focus. The focus scapes were genuinely helpful, and the fact that they were free made it accessible to anyone who needed it.

Now they’ve locked all of that behind a paywall. The rest of the app might still be “free,” but the main feature I and so many others actually used is completely gone unless you subscribe.

No warning, no notice, just pay up or lose access. For an app that marketed itself around mental health and accessibility, it feels like a pretty low move.

I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. There are better options that don’t pull this kind of stunt.

Update & reply to developer response: That is a blatant lie. I have never paid for pro. I used the focus feature for free earlier this year, now I no longer can as it is a pro feature. Absolutely despicable that you would respond to a poor review by misrepresenting the truth just to make me appear ignorant or deceptive as a user.

Crashes on iOS 26

UPDATE: This was fixed within the first week of iOS 26 release. I got a response from the developer that they’re committed to updating the app. So happy to be able to update my review and give them the 5 stars they deserve. This is a must-have app for power napping. Hoping in the future they’ll watch for instability during the public beta period.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this app and have used it for power naps for years. I hope they’re still supporting it because it’s currently unusable and immediately crashes upon opening.

Crashes after opening on iOS 26

iOS 26 incompatible

Crashes immediately after opening

Crashes immediately after opening suddenly. It’s completely unusable! Thanks a lot! I actually needed this app but I’ll pay for another one that works. Byeee thanks for nothing

Doesn’t work on iOS 26 :(

iPhone 16 pro max, iOS 26, app doesn’t work:(

Great app, but...

Love the app, but it would be even better if the message for the paying upgrade didn't include an endorsement by JK Rowling.
