Convenient App
Most of the updates are great with the exception of BILL Pay- it is very difficult to see pending payees you have just set up payments for. I have double paid credit cards as it isn’t as easy to view them in a list.
I don’t like the Bill Pay update portion, but the rest is all great.

Mobile Deposit lacking
Please enable images of mobile deposits. Going back to reconcile checks is so hard when there’s no image for it!

Cut off time/ Frequent deposits
Your cutoff times for checking deposits is less than favorable.
Why do you review low dollar amount deposits on accounts with higher daily balances or on checks that are deposited regularly ( drawn on the same account and deposited monthly for over 3 years for 200$)

I really enjoy Queensborough Bank so far! Their staff is super kind and knowledgeable! They had me in and out within 30 minutes opening a new checking account!

Accessibility is broken
I’ve use this app for several years, and I am a blind user that uses voiceover. When iOS 16 came out this app was rendered not accessible and I have requested help from Queensborough to have the third-party developer fix their accessibility problems. I have been waiting three months, no luck.

Easy to upload checks and check account balance
Electronic deposit way too difficult
It nearly takes an act of god and one of my kidneys to deposits a small check. The check was made out to cash and I signed the back and wrote “for deposit only” on the back. It was rejected because the check was not written out to me and o did. It write “ for deposit using the queensborough app”. The check was for $70 and they could have held it until it cleared. Nice people but behind the time with reality of people living real lives.
