I liked it better when I could check it from my phone when I wasn’t home now it’s just like the other one I had I’m disappointed
Great system but....
Since a company went out of business unless your phone is connected to Wi-Fi whether you’re home or not you can only remotely view your cameras connected to Wi-Fi so on regular data you can’t see them
App losses connection
App loses connection with the server after app multitasking. The only way to restore is to shutdown the app completely.

Qsee is no longer in business their service was worthless even when they were around. Wish i had never bought qsee.
Problems
I’ve been having problems with my Q-see on my mobile device I’ve everything and still can’t receive the camera video on my phone frustrated please help 😩

I change my phone and I can get the cameras in my new phone so I’m really frustrated I have almos a year like this
Connection
It never connects to my phone this app needs upgrading or something because it really never works
Equipment & experience
It’s very difficult to set up the equipment unless you are an expert, you’ll spend hrs tryin to make sense of the settings. Not a non-expert in installation friendly. I regret getting it. The images are good but I got it more than 10 months ago & still not able to record or connect it to my cell phone. I call the customer service & though they somehow guide you through the phone call, you still MUST do it yourself. Not a professional person will come to set it up unless you pay for it of course.

How do I view my camera pictures on my phone now that you have decided not to support my system

Cameras will no longer connect to the app to view on phone. Would be nice if technical support was offered.

Device my cell cannot access the cameras
I had a stay in the hospital with COVID 19 and I couldn’t access my cameras. Can I get some help to reinstall Bowman
Notifications
My notifications used to alert me but now they don’t. I have turned the notifications off and then turned them back on but they still don’t work. I even called tech support and they couldn’t figure it out.

New format is much better and friendlier to understand
Offline and no support
The system shows offline and when I try to get support I am redirected to pay for it. Very frustrating
Stopped working
It worked great until it stopped and now I can’t get it to work again. Not usable and hasn’t been for months.
