About
The QSERVE app lets Carlsberg’s internal employees and 3rd party partners assess beer and cider quality in on-trade outlets (to be used for rating Carlsberg products only).
The app lets you geo-localize nearby on-trade outlets, choose one, and then start rating their Carlsberg products. Once you have purchased a beverage, you are then asked to take a photo of the beverage and then score the beverage serve quality by answering a 10-question survey developed by Carlsberg. The survey takes no longer than a minute and a half.
The scoring output will allow Carlsberg to view beer and cider quality at several levels (e.g. regional, district, and vendor level) with the intention of reacting immediately when serving quality does not meet acceptable Carlsberg standards.
