Cheap and nasty
My watch was fairly expensive. More than the equivalent Chinese brand - and this app just has âunofficialâ and âriskyâ vibes about it. I donât trust it. I thought the brand was a good one but this app is making me feel very unsure. Iâm so disappointed!
App stops synching
I have had the watch for a week and the app has stopped synching twice and lost my step count for day. Tried to contact support but not available in English. Very frustrating as specifically got this watch for the step counter. Everything else works fine

Needs more dials and faces
Please add some classic looking dials and faces, maybe just pointers or baaic numbers with simple black background or chronogragh classics etc

I agree about the error message when trying to update.
Step counter is wildly inaccurate.
App could be a little more technical such as being able to pick and chose which sport displays you would like, like you can change the watch faces.
Overall I really like the watch and itâs features, I love the fact I can use my watch to control my music so I donât have to hunt for my phone.
Heart rates and BP donât seem too far out.
With a few little fixes it could be an amazing watch rather than just a great watch.

Not able to download games
Can not download games on to the watch by the app
Looses all data
All data is lost every 12 hours. I shall be returning the watch and finding something else.

Got this watch as a present, it wonât bind her often, when it does it doesnât load any data just shows 0 for everything.
Wonât update firmware!
Wonât let me update the firmware, loses connection to my phone constantly, even when right beside it. Total rubbish

Passcode add on watch
I like this these watch but you might need add the passcode on watch so people wonât get in my watch so please add the passcode
Syncing
I find that this app I have to reset once a week. It will stop syncing and it means I lose data. Not impressed. It will also not let me upgrade firmware as the the other reviewer. đĄ
Does not notify with text messages
This app is great, except it doesnât sync notifications through sms/iMessage. I get notifications for every app except that one. Every update, I wait for them to fix the issue, but they never do. If this gets fixed, I will rate this app 5 stars!
Upgrade
The app says it needs an upgrade but it wonât actually let me and just says error please try later. I have tried numerous times to do it and just keeps coming up. Donât know if itâs because I use an iPhone but thereâs no way to ask for help about it.

Lost steps
2 days walking around, 22k one day 18k next all steps lost for no reason
