A local app for local people
Tried several times over two days to use this app, on phones with two different UK phone numbers, but the confirmation codes never arrived. Therefore unable to use the app. I guess it only works if you have a local phone.
Useless
It will not send the verification code to my phone. Have tried several times over the last 2 days and still nothing. I will delete this app and try another.
Rip off
So when I ordered the taxi it showed a fare of 2.050 - 2-550 kd (approx) to reach my destination. Once arrived, the taxi meter was 2.600kd but off course the application requested I pay 3.700 its not about the 1kd difference but its about ethics. I advise you to use other taxi services as they are much cheaper.

برنامج جيد وسريع بس جداً سعرة مرتفع ثم يعطيك سعر وصاحب التاكسي يأخذ سعر اكثر والحجة ان العداد يحسب بهالطريقة وهو ملتزم بالعداد

Sometimes it says there are no taxis available and when there are it usually takes at least 10 minutes for the taxi to get to you

Convenient
It's a very convenient, Quick and safe way to arrange for a cab. The app is user friendly. The taxi arrives within minutes. The fare are more or less same. It's safe for female who travel on Der own.
Beat taxi app in Kuwait

Absolutely Brilliant
Such a great app, my taxi reached on time as it showed on the ETA on the app, the driver was so polite and even carried my luggage in.felt much safer.
