Q9 Track combines Project communication and task management in one place. Keep conversations, focused threads, boards, and task details connected so work does not lose the context that produced it. Use Track to: • Move between Companies, shared Projects, and permission-aware Channels • Start and follow focused Channel threads • Create tasks manually or from a conversation • Assign work and set its status, priority, due date, labels, and subtasks • View tasks by board, workflow state, assignment, or suggestion Inbox • Comment on tasks and return to linked References • Ask @track for answers grounded in context you can access • Review AI task suggestions before anything is created • Configure mobile notifications for eligible conversation and task activity • Attach files, record voice notes, and report conversation content Track preserves Project and Channel access across conversations, tasks, References, and AI assistance.
