The app is a scam.
You can request a car until you top up the account and when you do they say “no cars are available”. It’s in the apps back account So there is no way to get a refund. They are holding my money hostage. I’ve been emailing for four months. And they just keep saying let’s take it up with management is the last four months they are a scam. Please take this app off the web store. You will never get a refund

Asks for money before you can book a car and then there are no cars!
This service is a scam.
Not sure they are still in business but you have the app you are asked to top up BEFORE you can request a car and then there are no cars available and you can’t get your money back. It’s in the app’s bank account and there is no refund option.
They are holding my money hostage, nobody replies to chat, email or support requests and there are never any cars.

There are never cabs around
WHY ARENT THERE EVER CABS AROUND ??? Then when they are around and I try to get one they are “no longer around “ like fix this or something

I waited 15 minutes for someone just to pick up my request. I ended up just ordering an uber. Sad because seems like it has a lot of potential

everytime i request a drive, no matter what time it is. There is NEVER a driver. it always states, “ i’m sorry but there is no available drivers in your area at the moment.” I added money to the “Qaash” feature and i haven’t been able to use it due to this complication.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused you, our service is not avail in California yet, and if you have purchased qaash all you have to do at anytime click on the refund button and that happens automatically no question ask. again I am very sorry we have never advertised in California. if you are still in possession of qaash we will refund you immediately just let us know at info@qaar.com or click the refund button
