Qalo slim smart ring

I’ve had the ring for several months so have quite a bit of experience with it. Over all it’s pretty good. No fees just the upfront price is nice. My main use case is sleep tracking as my watch does the rest. A couple things to note, if I go sit in bed to read maybe to catch an evening show it will start racking up time I’m not sleeping and is tracked as me trying to sleep and gives a negative rating. I end up taking it off until I am really trying to sleep so I get accurate numbers. The rest of the sleep tracking works very well for zones tracking and I believe they are accurate. The HRV and resting heart rate number are a little squirrelly as well, every other day they will be listed as high or low but viewing the graph things look fine.

Tracking sleep issues

I really wish you had the ability to edit sleep times (falling asleep and waking times). Last night it tracked that I slept from 18:49-04:30 which is far from accurate. Now it’s being counted against me when I didn’t actually get into bed until 20:45. It did ask if I took a nap and I said No.

Love this incredibly intuitive

Like the title says, this is an incredibly intuitive app. Everything that I check on a regular basis is already on the front page.

Not worth it

I purchased the QRNT slim in January and loved it initially. Primarily to track sleep and cycle as I’m postpartum and learning this new life. Now, it’s July and two ring replacements later, I wouldn’t repurchase. The battery life has been the most frustrating for me. Battery will be charged to 100% and after 4 hours of wearing - without a workout - the battery drops to 50%. This has happened to me twice now. brand new, it lasts 5/6 days but 2 months in, fails. Also, I dislike that I don’t get any notification about my battery life from the app. This should be an automatic push notification that the battery is below a certain percent. Actually now that I think about it, I don’t get any notification from the app. It would be nice to get notified when you reach the Qscore or if your heart rate is showing abnormalities. Since I did purchase this for cycle tracking it’d also be great to have the app alert me that I’m about to start my cycle. With my frustrations about the performance of this ring and the app, I will say customer service has been great. I’ve reached out to troubleshoot with them and usually get timely responses with some basic things to try. I’m excited for them to work out all these bugs and hope that the future of QRNT exceeds my current feelings.

Loved it but then disappointed

I have only had mine for a little over a month and i workout everyday. I love to see my steps but recently over the past week and a half my ring has not been tracking steps or showing any activity in the movement column. I only had good things to say but now i am very disappointed because i have tried factory reset, deleting and reinstalling the app, letting the ring die and fully let it recharge, and still nothing is working.
