Insights report inaccurate
I like the Apple Watch ECG interpretation. My sinus arrhythmia reports are showing a PAC burden. But I canāt show the summary of them to my doctor because the Summary shows 0% for me even though over half of the ECGās are showing a PAC burden.
Gotta add AI to everythingā¦
I hate that I have to send my request to the bot first. I donāt pay for this app for a bot, I pay for it because I want a human.

Brilliant!
I had been using Qaly for a few weeks before a cardiologist appointment. I had been running my ECGās through and gaining brilliant insights. I used the app to show the cardiologist who scoffed and told me the watch wasnāt accurate and what the app was telling me was wrong. Ran an ECG and took great pleasure in his back tracking when the ECG came out with the same results. I wouldnāt have known the PQRS insights without ! ** Update**. I paid for the technician reviews just for that little piece of mind and these come back reviewed with a personalised note very quickly. Really impressed!

Made my Easter
Recently had high calcium ct heart scan and started monitoring my ecg while exercising. Noticed pattern of non-standard indications during sprinting.
Next Dr. appt was a week out just to consider a possible appointment for a stress test.
Qaly app and a quick response from Tina to review my ecg gave me peace of mind, and all within an hour on Easter Sunday.

Iām trying to subscribe but it just times out and I thought it was a billing issue however Iām able to purchase other app and make other subscriptions with Apple so not sure what is going on here

Peace of mind
I love this app, it really gives peace of mind. Its so easy to get them to check what the ECG is telling you - and to the reviewer who thought it was just AI, Iāve used both - there is an option to use AI now - but you can always choose a clinician. Clinician comments vary by person but the app also gives a score so you can compare your results and share with your cardiologist. The interface is easy to use and uploading ECGs is easy, and getting instant (AI) or super fast results (clinician usually less than 30 mins) is simply amazing. Itās not a doctor - but it helps you interpret what your ECG is telling you, and in 30 mins? For me, itās incredible value and peace of mind.

I have been paying for this app for months and suddenly can no longer access the features Iām paying for, meanwhile they are still charging me for having a subscription???

Shady! Charged my account for a service I did not receive!
I have tried to contact the phone number on this app twice and no return call. I I cancelled this app weeks ago. I do not have any confidence in computer read ecg. I am a nurse. But my account was charged 5.99 on 10/7 at 1am. Very concerning!

BY FAR THE BEST
After trying several apps, this one is far above the rest. None of the others came close. The reviews are fast, thorough and have a personal feel.
Canāt trust
If you are having any concerns go see a cardiologistā mine told me to never use this app again. An Apple Watch is a 1 lead and cannot tell you your PQRST.
Unlimited HUMAN reviews?
Certainly would give this app a 5 star review but for 3 things.
1) The analysis mistakenly labels the initial heart beat as a OVC. This causes PVCover counting. And many PVC Multiple are actually single. I manually get a rough count by filtering out PVC Single.
2) They have a page on their website that says we can by unlimited human reviews. I think at initial installation I was asked if Zi wanted this but opted for now only for AI reviews. Now I cannot find the option for unlimited human reviews.
3) They continue to not respond to my messages on 1 & 2) even though I sent multiple messages from app and via email.
Please note, I have not checked the PVC over read flaw in the latest update. I am still in process of loading 3 years of ECGs one at a time. After zi reinstalled the app, all reviews were lost. It would be nice to be able to quick select multiple ECGs and send to AI for review, even if have to wait a bit for their system to digest them. Thanks, John

Thank you for giving me a direct line of sight into understanding my health data and what symptoms I have been experiencing.
Not That Helpful
I am an avid ECG taker on my watch and a big fan of self advocacy. I started having heart problems as a teen and was ignored because of my age. With the advent of apple watches I was able to get the proof I needed that I had atrial fibrillation and flutter. My EP knows Iām great at tracking and communicating abnormalities and had even used my ecgs to diagnose SVT when new problems arose after my first ablation.
2 ablations in and unfortunately the afib is back and with several other health issues complicating the situation, I have to watch for new and other abnormalities. Most of the time ChatGPT does a decent job interpreting my ecgs to help me learn to read them and if itās worthy going to a doc about. (Do not use in replacement of doc and be careful with other models like deepseek who pretends to read. I ran known ecgs to test them and gpt was most accurate) I thought this app could be another tool in my arsenal.
However there is a few issues I found. One is cost. You cannot find anywhere how much the interpretations will cost until youāre there. So transparency gets an F. I expected there to be a cost but I also hoped it would at least let you try it before dumping a ton of money. There is no way to test or try it out so I canāt confirm itāll be any better than ChatGPT or accurate.
Second, when you open it, it shows ecgs from your watch. However it seemed to only load about 8 very random ecgs. A few were from last year. Was hoping to look at a reading I had the other day that my watch flagged as afib. Wasnāt one of the chosen few I guess. No way to manually upload it from what I could find. It only walked me through how to turn on permissions, which I clearly had since it was showing some.
Third, the questionnaire about heart health: it asks you things like when you were diagnosed with things. This is good. Problem is the most recent year is 2024. So if you were just diagnosed with something, youāll just have to lie by a year? Given we are halfway through 2025, it makes me question if the app is being updated or maintained anymore.
Their website is handy with resources for understanding single lead ecgs but the app itself fell short. And given that the cheaper subscription is not for a human reading it, I really have to wonder if itās any better than free ChatGPT. I wonāt be able to find out as Iām not just handing over a credit card without confirming Iām even getting accurate results with a test report and I wouldnāt have been able to analyze the ecgs I wanted anyway since it only chose 8 random ecgs to load in.

This app helped to relieve my anxiety till I got treatment for afib, super easy to use with Apple Watch , definitely recommended for someone with arrhythmia.
