Fake Rewards
The app works fine for ordering and they seem to have fixed their location issues as it now shows several locations including the one near me in Illinois. However when I try to redeem rewards/points it doesn’t work. I got an email saying I received $5 off and I also have points, enough for several different offers, but when I try to use them it just says, “Your selected reward is not valid for this order” which defeats the purpose of them and nullifies main reason I use apps when ordering coffee/food: so that I can gain rewards over time by ordering and getting loyalty rewards. I also made sure to test that it wasn’t just my location declining rewards and that there weren’t any terms/conditions I was missing. The rewards just don’t function correctly and say they aren’t valid no matter what you do.

Rewards constantly have issues
Would love the app but cannot even redeem points for anything without an error. I’m surprised you can even order anything from it at all. Tried to use my rewards for one item, constant error messages and quitting the app does nothing. Couple that with the fact that apparently the points to redeem a speciality drink reward is useless because the drinks in the category listed specials, are not actually specialty drinks I guess. So that’s basically a useless reward to try and redeem. App needs major fixing.
