The app is good but the issue is when I input the booking ref the app crashes. Other than that it’s good. Ios 26.2 iPhone 16 plus.
Not useful for viewing inflight entertainment
This app is only a catalogue of trailers to view before your flight. It is not useful for viewing entertainment from your phone and headphones

Bookings cannot be found at all, guess Qatar has terminated this service. Useless to download.

Absolute rubbish. The app won’t accept my Business Class booking reference. Tried reinstalling twice. Every time I enter my booking reference, the app crashes. For an airline of this calibre, their apps leave a LOT to be desired.

Very disappointing: The app does not accept my booking reference number - either because it is buggy or it is a group booking.
Simply does not work
I have downloaded and redownloaded this app and it does not work. I filed a complaint about this app before my June Qatar trip. Here I am now about to depart on Qatar again and wishing to be able to use the reportedly neat features of Orxy One.
When I select Profile it just closes out the app or allows you to enter your name and record locator then closes the app.

Hopeless
The app will not accept my booking reference. This is the second business flight which I have had the (same) problem with this and Qatar Airways say they cannot help as the app is run by a 3rd party. The difficulty is that there is no contact details for help.

Unable to log in
The app and service is a great idea. I love that I can easily browse media prior to my flight. However, the best features are unavailable as I’m unable to log in using my Booking Ref No and Surname. ‘Failed to add booking. Unknown error occurred....’. I attempted to contact via the App Store for app support. But it directs you to the Qatar website contact page and there is no option to select App as your query. Whilst I could select one of the other options I can’t imagine I’d get a response prior to my flight tonight. Hopefully something can get sorted for my return flight! :)

Huge flaw
My last name consists of only two characters, but the app requires a minimum of three characters. Useless for millions of people.

Doesnt work as advertised. Im clearly within my seven day flight and my booking code works with the other app.
