The description needs to be updated since it now also recognizes US dollars, and British Pound Sterlings.
The app works on the device with no internet needed, and it even has a system to count up your cash, which is brilliant! It seems the optamal distance from a bill is about 6 to 8 inches and sometimes works best if the camera is layed on the bill and raised up so the camera can use the autofocus. In any case; this will be my go to ap£ for cash recognition now.
