This app need to update many times I tried to check parcel but nothing it’s not showing your tracking information

No track status for international and very slow
I paid express service to Canada. First no track status. They promise to deliver it within 1 week. It takes forever to deliver to international location. Pay little more and choose other couriers like DHL, FedEx etc
Need improvement
The app tracks the packages that has already arrived to Qatar by Track number or ID number ( doesn t work usually even if package is available)
I suggest to add search by phone number . So instead of waiting for counter 10 to give u such info we can save time and get our package from the windows straight. In addition parcels sometimes change the track numbers from origin which is difficult to find unless Qpost remember to contact u .

Downloaded to get a rate to ship a box overseas but the app doesn’t have any countries in the country list! Delete!

التطبيق ماعاد يشتغل من بعد اخر تحديث. ولما نبي نستعلم عن شحنة مايطلع شي. يطلع خطأ بالنظام ولما نبي ندخل رقم الشحنة. لازم نكتبه كتابة مش مثل اول نعمل نسخ ولصق على طول. صار سئ جدا. نرجو التعديل

Why does this app exists?
There are nothing but information about the offices branches and the annual fees payments, forgot to say there is an option to track some registered shipments locally with (I’m not a robot verification) but no actual services for the postal members like checking mail box and public postal services. This app is more like a brochure for the post office. My 0.25 riyal for you is not to waste your internet data downloading it.

I don’t recommend downloading this app at all. It never shows any data related to your tracking number and the options are far less than those on the website.

Nice but need more options
Nice app but it would be much beneficial if registered users can login to QPost account and check the status of their orders directly from the app.
Right now I hav to check the email and find the track number and then check the status in the app !!!
