Hi there, we're sorry to hear the trial and billing experience left you frustrated. Our records show a free trial had already been used on this account previously, which is why the offer converted to the annual charge right away rather than starting a new 7-day trial—Apple's system checks trial eligibility automatically before the purchase completes. Since the purchase went through the App Store, Apple manages all billing and refunds directly, so it's not something we're able to override on our end, though we understand that's not the answer you were hoping for. And to clarify, our team did receive and respond to your emails. Your account still has access through 7/21/27, and we're glad to help with anything else you need.
Intelligently deep
This app has some incredible studies that aren’t bent to anyone’s self but Gods. They are intermittently done, based on scripture and reason, not Americanised Christianity. Highly recommend if you need a truly meaty Bible study!
