Purchased a faulty machine and put through the worst customer service.
Purchased a moccamaster that was faulty and didnt even start brewing process. Didn’t acknowledge selling me a faulty product and wanted their 1st time customer to go through repairs instead of sending me a replacement or issuing a refund.

Ok wow!!!
I always buy my Lavazza beans from Amazon and I found the same on this app for half the price. I thought I would get scammed but no. Not only the beans were delivered 3 hours after I ordered, they were packed not long ago (not expiring soon). Bye bye Amazon :)
هذا التطبيق السعودي يدعم اللغة الانجليزية افضل من دعم اللغة العربية
للإطلاع على عروض اليوم الوطني تم إجباري على تحميل التطبيق، لدى الملاعين صفحة للمتجر ولكن لا يمكن الاطلاع على العروض الا بتحميل التطبيق!
ثم بعد هذا كلّه عروضهم ابو كلب !! عروض آخر مرصة واليوم الوطني و و و و .. ثم يسوون لي خصم ٥٪ على موكا ماستر او ترمس قهوة بـ٢٠٠+ ريال ،،، لعن الله من علمكم التسويق وفنونه.
التطبيق يأتي باللغة الانجليزية بدايةً ثم يتم تحويله الى العربية عن طريق الاعدادات ، … اذا تم التحويل الى العربية فإنه لا يتم تحميل صفحة العروض! لا يمكن الاطلاع على العروض بالعربي.
تم حذف التطبيق مباشرة بعد الاطلاع على العروض الكلبيّة ، هذا في نظري من أسوأ المتاجر.

Buyers be aware and take care there is No any returning policy clearly stated in their official website , I got my blendtec blender opened box and unclean , and I asked them to return it the same and replaced with a brand new sealed blender, but they asked me to email them a supporting evidence although it was just minutes after I received my order. This will not happen to you of you are dealing with bigger more reputable online store they will replace the product right away of its a same day complain. To sum it up I have been shopping online and online only since 2014 even my grocery but I have never had a worse experience than Qava Shop
