Lousy

I was using this app for my kid’s canteen card. The so called customer service does not exist as nobody bother to respond your emails and phone calls.

Even when I wanted to close my account following their guidelines on FAQ, the system always prompted me with error messages and doesn’t allow me to close.

PROBLEM!!!

I topped up RM200 into my daughter’s 1Cube App for her Canteen monthly allowances. Strangely, the amount of money appeared in Q Bayar and not 1Cube instead. So weird! Where can I use Q Bayar? How do I transfer my money out???
