Too time consuming

I have two small kids and have to get them out of the house and to school and me to work. Taking time to do all of the work to order my beverage and an increase in price on top of that is now going to make me look elsewhere for better customer service.

i dont have time to do this

The app it self isn’t bad but the idea that you need an app to order makes it hard when you are on the go and just want to pull up to get some coffe and now I need to plan it out.
