For Employees Secure Login & Profile Access your employment profile using your Employee ID. View and update personal, contact, and emergency details securely. Digital Document Hub View and upload important documents such as Passport, Qatar ID, employment contracts, and certifications directly to HR. Leave & Travel Management Apply for leave, attach required travel documents, and track approval status. Access your travel history easily. Payroll & Financials Access monthly payslips and submit reimbursement requests with invoice uploads. Requests & Appointments Submit allowance requests, book management appointments, and confidentially raise grievances. Company Services Request transport, view project allocation history, and access camp services information. Compliance & Training Track visa/residency details, safety certifications, and receive expiry notifications. Direct Communication Use in-app messaging to communicate securely with HR and administrative departments. For Recruitment Candidates The Qcon App also supports international recruitment campaigns.
