About
Upon arrival at a company that uses the QenteR® system, visitors who have downloaded the App and registered may access by scanning a QR code.
Visitors who are not yet registered in the system will be invited to download the App, fill in the mandatory fields and complete the procedure by accepting the privacy policy; they will then receive the password that will allow them to use the App.
Visitors who do not accept the privacy policy, will not be able to use the QenteR® App.
On their way out, visitors will be required to scan the QR code again, to confirm they are leaving the company.
The QenteR® is useful to keep records of visitors entering/leaving the company but can be also used to manage employee and collaborator attendance.
