Hello good day! I really love this app, but you have to update the new watch face that put recently because it’s not the same as the photo. Some details are missing. I hope you change it immediately. And please add more faces to choose from that are similar to the original. Thank you and more power Qifit!!

No support for Apple Health
The watch (Hello Watch) is good but the Qifit software is somewhat useless for someone using an IPhone. All other cheaper clones software is compatible with Apple Health but not this one. Please make this compatible to Apple software health app.
Good App but could be much better
Refresh from App to watch can be much better, for example location/position and weather can only be updated through App but there is no menu option to force sync or set refresh interval, app needs to be opened and refreshed to work for weather but that doesn’t work all the time.
Sleep monitoring should allow you to set monitors duration, From & To times, as most people have set sleeping times. Other clone apps allow this like HryFine.
I hope developers allow this to make this watch & App a perfect combination.

The distance recording function is very inaccurate both in normal everyday walking to record steps and distance as well as sport mode.
I put it in sport running mode and ran 8km round a track. The time duration was accurate but it only recorded 4.3km which is awful. I’ve checked this on a number of occasions but always very inaccurate.

Watch is better then the app
The app can use a lot of improvements! More face choices for one and better layout quality could be updated, there's definitely a lot of better apps out there unfortunately this is the only one that works for hello watch.
The text is very weak and needs to be developed into a bold.

A few annoying bugs
Time zone function does not work. So the location is established ok, but it does not transfer this information onto watch.
The sensor looking at bpm definitely not correct by a factor of 10.
