It’s easy to get tickets through the app.. I always use it to buy tickets.. The only thing I can complain about is, I can’t directly use the points I have.. Maybe look into that issue, otherwise it’s a good..

So many bugs that it’s more convenient to buy tickets at the booth than through this annoying app

I can’t believe someone is getting paid to develop this app. I can’t even open the home page or login page. It says update app but there’s no update on Appstore. It’s frustrating.
