Basics

Awful app. The worst
The login is still an issue. The app crashes, flickers.

Awful app

Logs me out every other day

good when it works

there are times when the app is just stuck on loading when starting and restarting the app doesn’t do anything

Awful

This is the worst thing to happen to my employer. The app constantly crashes on opening messages. We don’t know how good we had it with Schedule360

One

This is the only app I have never seen an improvement. Pain to use.
One thing they are good at is making bad reviews go away. They went from rating in 2s to 4.7 overnight with no improvements. They do magic well
Another upgrade but a simple login is not working

I have never seen an improvement.

Slow App riddled with bugs

I have the iphone 17 pro max and im not sure why but a recent update has caused qgenda to crash whenever i try to see a message on the app/notification.

Solid overall

Could be improved by adding overall block schedule that I can compare to my co-residents. Lots of filters help me find what I’m looking for quickly on a desktop but is a bit much to navigate on phone.

FIXED: Awful update with single sign on integration

Update: SSO re-logs into the appropriate app now. Back to perfect.

Old: After single sign on integration, the app no longer opens up into. It’s normal interface and instead opens up a screen that looks like the webpage that has poor functionality through the app. Wish there was an option to choose the single sign in versus go back to my regular login.

Stuck

Stuck on unable to establish connection screen.

Nightmare

First schedule using self schedule is a nightmare. Horrible first day. All bug’s fixed or so we thought. Now all schedule for entire float pool has vanished and unable to self again..

Poor App

It never works. Session always expired

Please add Dark Mode

There is no dark mode option anywhere to be found in the mobile app, and it also completely disregards system dark mode settings.

I work in a dark room every day, and dark mode is an essential part of my workflow to avoid eye strain. Opening the QGenda app at work is literally painful. This is a basic function. Please add it!

not working again, now working again

not working again after recent update. I can no longer log on. I tried the app support but just got a black screen, now working again but tired of the loss of access with updates a few times a year.

Terrible functionality

Very basic features are missing on this app and are inexcusable to not have available. For instance, every time that you put the app in the background, the QGenda logo with a blue screen comes up and blocks the entire screen. When swiping between your calendar and the app to check availability, it is incredibly tedious as it keeps disappearing every time you go back to the app. It also should not make you log back in almost every time you use the app. Very poor development as mentioned in many other comments. The month view on the app is also COMPLETELY useless as you can only see a few letters of the beginning of the site. I can’t imagine thinking this app is okay to publish like this let alone be this fundamentally flawed for so many years.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with our application. We intentionally hide application content when the app is backgrounded due to privacy concerns, but we do offer a Calendar Sync feature to allow users to connect their QGenda schedule to their primary calendar. Additionally, the application login requirements are configured based on your organization’s authentication policy. Please reach to app-support@qgenda.com so we can pass along your feedback and discuss other ways to make the application more user friendly.

Not work

It’s not working

Shockingly bad app

Incompetence in one app

A useless app

My residency used to use Amion. It was simple and effective. We made the swap to Qgenda. It has a horrible user interface. It’s not intuitive. The filter and search function is clunky. It’s trying too hard to achieve too little.

Slow

I spend half my life waiting on my schedule to open. Clunky as hell to put in my time compared to previous apps

Can’t view pending requests on a calendar!!!!

Why, oh why do you not allow users to view the list of their pending requests on a calendar???? Instead, they are a jumbled up mess in a very long list spanning back YEARS even for elapsed events. They appear to be organize by date submitted so it makes it a nightmare to review your pending requests as you try to remember what you have and have not already requested! It’s ridiculous that you cannot just dump all of your pending requests onto a calendar view so we can review what has been requested already! This is a frustrating app. Plus the constant need to login all over again every 1-2 weeks. Absurd.
