Unusual operation

Although this bank operates within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, it lacks official branches. Instead, it relies on local shops to facilitate customer withdrawals and deposits. This raises severe security and transparency concerns. For instance, shop owners have direct visibility of customers' card numbers and CVV codes. Furthermore, some agents provide false information regarding transaction fees, claiming a 2,000 IQD fee for themselves and another 2,000 IQD for the bank on a 300,000 IQD withdrawal. Additionally, deposits made in the Kurdistan Region are not registered under the account holder's name as they would be at an official institution; instead, they are processed under the name of the shop owner transferring the funds. Operating a banking service in this manner without official infrastructure is unacceptable.

مع الاسف توقف هذا التطبيق مظهره افضل بهواي من سوبر كي تشعر انه سلس ومنظم عكس سوبر كي تحسه طراز قديم ومظهره يوحي انه يفتقر للحداثة
