As Salamu alaikum dear Abu Saeed, First of all this application provides accurate qibla direction (with many different features) to millions of users all around the world. Please read the user manuals and guides inside the app. For your other claim, this mobile app includes not only one, but the prayer time calculations of dozens of different institutions from all around the world including ISNA prayer time calculations in your location. Please make sure you have configured the settings correctly and try again. If you have difficulties in using it, you may contact to us by "email feature" inside the app and ask for help. We have been gladly assisting all of our users around the world for many years. Also, as a Muslim, we were saddened to read your review, because it mentions only one feature that you personally “assume to be a problem” as if that was the only feature of the app. Yet we see that you did not mention at all its Qur’an reader unlike similar ones you will hardly find elsewhere, its dua reader, qibla features, Asmaul Husna and its detailed explanations, tasbih/dhikr counter, prayer tracking table, adhans, nearby mosques, ayah and hadith notifications, daily Islamic posts, Islamic publications, Islamic audio content, khutbahs, live broadcasts, Islamic articles, religious information, Islamic days calendar, prayer teacher animations, how-to-pray guidance, various Islamic libraries, and detailed Islamic content containing tens of thousands of hadiths and sunnah-related teachings. When we consider the many other features even we are not able to mention here, then please know this: if, while reviewing an app that contains dozens of features, you choose to act as if it has only one feature, and because you do not like that one feature you consider it your right to leave a bad review, then as a Muslim you should remember that just as you would not wish to be treated or judged in such a manner according to your own actions, you too are obliged to give complete information and make a fair evaluation about the matter you are reviewing. You shouldn't behave as such if you don't want your ownself only be evaluted for a single not good feature of yourself although you have many other good features.
