Sucks
Doesn’t let me make an account just thinks and doesn’t do anything beyond that. I really wanted to connect to the app cause I keep getting an error message on the 3D printer to bind it to an account. If I knew this I would have never gotten the QIDI Max4 3D printer.
Piece of glorified junk
Opening account doesnt work, QR codes dont work, printer supplied QR code when scanned by its own app says invalid version…..these guys are a joke…..dont waste your time
Keeps dropping bind
I’d like to love the app as much as the printer. But it keeps dropping binding.
Horrible, broken, buy a different printer.
Cant even make an account- the app just won’t. Upon trying to make an account, (which is mandatory) I don’t get so much as an error or a failure to make account message. It just, doesn’t work. No text pop-up, all the usual tricks dont work, hire a team of app creators who actually know what they’re doing. If I didn’t know any better, i’d say this was coded either by AI or off sea’s

Kinda junk
User interface looks better, but can only step 10mm max now which is annoying.
Not bad, printer update is required
The app is fine. It gives you enough information to be useful if your away from your computer/ printer. This does require an update to the printer, so if you’re having issues try that first.the video is laggy but it works.
Remember these are very nice BUDGET machines.
I have owned 3 qidi machines and each one gets better, most 3d printing issues are from not having a good understanding of the fundamentals of 3d printing. Spend the time to figure out your temperatures and go through the calibration routines in qidi studio.

Garbage app
Once again, Qidi has made another garbage app. It will bind, but you will get no telemetry or video, worthless! This and their slicer is garbage. Won’t be buying from them again
Works fine
Worked fine to bind my new max 4. Login worked. QR code bind worked. Not polished, but functional.
Unusable
Don’t bother to download, you can’t add a printer without a QR code and they don’t have QR codes on them.
Won’t bind and security risk!
So now QIDI can collect all your data without permission and you are forced to bind to use the printer. Read the privacy policy! Time to switch printer companies.
