About

Track meals, bowel movements and digestive symptoms in one personal gut diary. Review everyday changes and possible food associations, explore FODMAP references, and prepare records to discuss with a healthcare professional. Useful for keeping an IBS-related food and symptom diary. LOG AND REVIEW • Meal diary: add photos, times and notes. Optional AI analysis identifies visible ingredients and estimates possible FODMAP and stimulant information, including spice, alcohol and caffeine. • Stool diary: record bowel movements, Bristol stool type, color and how you feel. Photo-assisted analysis is optional. • Symptom diary: track discomfort such as abdominal pain and bloating. Pro's AI review uses meal and stool records from the preceding 48 hours to suggest possible associations worth observing. • Daily review and food reference: revisit records and trends, and browse FODMAP food information. • English and Simplified Chinese: switch languages in Settings. Dates and times follow your device's local time zone. FREE AND QINGFU PRO Free includes basic logging, one AI meal analysis and one AI stool analysis per daily service quota period. Pro includes: • Up to five AI meal analyses, five AI stool analyses, one AI symptom review and three AI chat messages per daily service quota period. • Extended history views. • CSV exports of meal, stool and symptom records for the most recent 7, 30 or 90 days. • All app color themes. AI quotas reset on the service's fixed daily schedule; the app displays the next reset in your local time. CSV exports exclude chat messages and photos and are not a complete backup. AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS QingFu Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing plans. Available plans, prices, currency and any trial eligibility and duration appear in Apple's purchase confirmation. Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal as required by Apple. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions, or use the app's subscription-management and Restore Purchases entries. If a free trial is offered and you do not want to renew, Apple recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends. Restoring eligible purchases restores Pro access; it does not recover records associated with another anonymous ID or local photos. AI AND HEALTH LIMITATIONS A photo cannot reliably establish actual ingredients, portions, FODMAP content or the cause of symptoms. AI outputs may be inaccurate. All analyses, scores and food information are personal logging references, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. QingFu does not replace a healthcare professional. Seek professional advice for persistent or severe symptoms. Finally keeping track instead of guessing

My stomach gets upset so easily. Sometimes it’s after coffee, sometimes after a perfectly normal lunch. Whenever I tried to figure out what happened, I could barely remember what I’d eaten the day before. QingFu makes it easier to keep my meals and symptoms in one place. I’m still figuring things out, but having something to look back at helps. The photo logging also saves me some typing.
